Most homes aren’t lacking style—they’re lacking alignment.

Layouts that don’t flow. Spaces that feel off. Rooms that look beautiful—but don’t quite work.

That’s where I start— getting the layout right.

When a space works, everything else starts to fall into place.

Hi, I’m Patti, and I’ve always been drawn to the feeling of being up north—near the water, surrounded by nature, where everything slows down and just feels right.

My favorite place is our small but mighty cottage, where every inch has to be intentional and work hard. It’s taught me how much thoughtful design matters—not just how a space looks, but how it flows and how it feels to live in it.

Timber & Bay was inspired by the idea that a home is a reflection of the people who live in it—much like the way water reflects the shoreline.

Whether that’s a growing family, an empty nest, working from home, or simply wanting things to feel easier, most people don’t actually want to leave their home to find something better—they want their home to work better for them.

That’s where I focus my work—reimagining how the spaces in your home flow so they truly support the way you live today.

My approach is shaped by years of experience in project management, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.

I naturally break down how a space works, identify where it’s not flowing, and create clear, practical solutions that move a project forward.

Having completed several of my own remodels, I also understand how decisions on paper translate into everyday living.

Every project follows a simple, intentional progression—designed to bring clarity, alignment, and ease.

Layout — thoughtfully defining the best flow and layout for your space
Beauty — layering materials and finishes that reflect you and how you live
Calm — creating a home that feels natural, balanced, and easy to live in

The result isn’t just a beautiful home—it’s a home that feels right, every day.

Layout first…then pillows
